Work this spring as a part-time research assistant and travel to sub-Saharan Africa this summer with the Water Institute ! This role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the sustainability of solar-powered drinking water systems in rural areas of Ghana, Kenya and Zambia. The position is unpaid but the institute will cover research experiences and health insurance (visas, work permits). It demands 5-10 hours per week in the spring, and you will gain experience in designing the study, carrying out field work and using data for publication.
