Equity & Accessibility
The Center for Global Initiatives is committed to equity and accessibility of global opportunities for all students, staff and faculty at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. We strive to develop new and refine existing programs to encourage the participation of those with diverse experiences, backgrounds and perspectives.
The Center and the University do not discriminate in offering access to educational programs and activities on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or veteran status. In collaboration with Accessibility Resources & Service or the Equal Opportunity and Compliance Office, we will make every effort to determine and implement reasonable accommodations to ensure equal access to programs both in and outside of the United States for students with disabilities or chronic medical or mental health conditions.
