The Center for Global Initiatives hosts and co-sponsors global events and conferences across campus and in our community. Of note are our recurring events that take place throughout the year, Global Project Showcase and International Coffee Hour.

International Day of Peace

Established in 1981, the United Nations General Assembly has declared this as a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, both within and among all nations and peoples.
