Enjoy a showcase of students’ research\, experiences and travel stories from a variety of fields and global destinations. \nLearn more about past international summer projects the Center for Global Initiatives has funded from the students themselves. Dinner will be provided. \nThis showcase features: \n\nKendrel Cabarrus– a sophomore English major on the pre-med track who participated in a medical fellowship program in Uruguay this past summer and received funding through the Carolina Global Initiative Award\nJacob Bell– a senior History major who received a Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowship to study Russian over the summer\nShannon Grant– a sophomore Biology major who participated in the Global Take Off: Puerto Rico program last winter\n\nTo let us know your coming and easily share this event with friends\, check out our Facebook event page!  \n\n
