The Center for Global Initiatives hosts and co-sponsors global events and conferences across campus and in our community. Of note are our recurring events that take place throughout the year, Global Project Showcase and International Coffee Hour.

Meet new friends from North Carolina and around the world while enjoying international music, appetizers, activities, games and prizes!
This event will bring together international students with the broader UNC community to welcome them and celebrate the new school year. It is the perfect way to expand your community on campus and have a local global experience!
Prizes include two tickets to see a Carolina Performing Arts performance!
