The Center for Global Initiatives hosts and co-sponsors global events and conferences across campus and in our community. Of note are our recurring events that take place throughout the year, Global Project Showcase and International Coffee Hour.

[DEADLINE] Fulbright U.S. Student Program

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program allows graduating seniors, master’s students, doctoral candidates, and recent graduates to self-design a research/study project, or serve as an English Teaching Assistant in one of more than 140 countries.
All applicants must meet the eligibility requirements of the Fulbright U.S. Student Program. Currently enrolled UNC students must join the Fulbright Sakai site and apply through the Center for Global Initiatives and meet the campus deadline. Alumni may apply at large but are welcome to apply through the Center with the approval of the Fulbright Program Adviser.
