Exploring the HIV and Health Priorities of Transgender Women's Communities in Shenyang, China
Willa Dong (Health Behavior doctoral student) will travel to Shenyang, China and Hong Kong to work with researchers on HIV prevention and care projects for transgender women sex workers. She will collect and analyze qualitative interview data to gain an introduction to transgender women's lives; and meet with transgender women to assess feasibility for developing a participatory research project.
