Social Determinants of Health and Mycobacterium tuberculosis Infection: Epigenetic Impacts Among Coastal Native American Populations
Rachel Wilbur will travel to Alaska to explore the complex relationship between social determinants of health, historical trauma, and epigenetics on tuberculosis infection within a coastal Native American population. Her experience will focus on identifying community leaders and engaging in discussion regarding research activities and outcomes beneficial to both academia and the community.
