Evaluating Workload Indicators for Staffing Needs in Namibia to Address HIV/AIDS Related Services
Gillian Litynski will travel to Windhoek, Namibia to work on assisting the organization Intrahealth International to collect and analyze data on Namibia's Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) for HIV/AIDS related services. WISN is an assessment tool made by the World Health Organization that uses a health worker's workload to assess workforce needs to deliver care in health services.
