Thomas Dixon Re-imagined in The Birth of a Nation-A Film Whose Aftermath Continually Invited Opposition in the African American Press
Charlene Regester will travel to the University College London to present at a conference celebrating 100 years of the film The Birth of a Nation (1915) and will present on Thomas Dixon's formulation of his ideological views that may have transcended the film.
