Cooking for Health: Mobilizing Food Vendors to Provide Nutritious Foods for Low-Income Families

Adela Del Valle will travel to Lima, Peru and assist Cr€nicas in public health research related to non-communicable diseases in middle-income countries. She will collect qualitative data from food vendors and customers in low-resourced areas in order to create interventions that promote the sale and consumption of healthy foods.
