C.V. Starr Scholarship
Conflict, Reconciliation, Justice, and International Law in the Hague and Rwanda
Julia Stroup will research the Rwandan genocide and its lasting impact on modern-day Rwanda in both the International Criminal Courts in the Hague and in Kigali. This project will focus on the process of justice and reconciliation in place in Rwanda and how this has impacted the local populations.
