Ukrainian Nationalist Radical: The Life, Thought, and Milieus of Dmytro Dontsov, 1883-1991
I am applying for the American Councils Title VIII Research Scholar Program to conduct doctoral dissertation research in L'viv and Kyiv, Ukraine from September 2014 through May 2015. My dissertation is an intellectual and cultural history of radical twentieth-century Ukrainian nationalism. I use the biography of Dmytro Dontsov (1883-1973) as a framework. My project will enhance our understanding of Ukrainian revolutionary nationalism.
