The Web of Guanxi: An Interdisciplinary Understanding of Chinese Politics and Economics
Bryan Davis will pursue language study to allow himself to conduct research on how political and economic connections (guanxi) affect the prospects of Chinese business people and politicians. His research will use elements from computer science and network analysis, as well as Chinese-language economic research.
