Carolina Global Initiative Award
Challenging My Perspective: Nursing in a Guatemalan HIV/AIDS Clinic
Kelsey Knight, a School of Nursing student, will travel to Guatemala to volunteer at Hospicio San Jose, where she will support and educate pediatric and adult patients in the AIDS/HIV clinic.
Note: This award was made as a Carolina Undergraduate Health Fellowship, which is no longer offered under that name. Those interested in health-related projects are now encouraged to apply to the Carolina Global Initiative Award.
