"More Than Meets The Eye"
My documentary focuses upon an amazing person, Ph.D. candidate, mother, and Paralympic gold medalist, Anne-Mette Bredahl, who happens to be blind. It has won awards at film festivals and contests in Moscow ("Best Film That Breaks Stereotypes" Award), Paris, and Los Angeles. It was funded in part by a UNC Arts & Humanities Fellowship and a Norwegian Marshall Fund Grant.
