An investigation of the effectiveness of Thailand's peer support interventions

Dane Emmerling will work with Peers for Progress, an organization committed to promoting health through peer support, in Bangkok, Thailand. While working with Peers for Progress, Dane will monitor and assess an ongoing peer support program for diabetes management, create an educational module on peer support for the graduate program in public health at Mahidol University, and write a paper on the effectiveness of peer support interventions in the Thai context.
