Entre beurs et pieds-noirs: Judeo-Algerian Culture and Cuisine in Modern France

Rebecca is studying the extent to which immigrants from Algeria have been accepted in French society by focussing on the Algerian Jewish population and the degree to which their culinary traditions have been preserved in the face of French monism.
